TOGETHER WITH FEATURED PARTNER

Good Morning {{First Name|Las Cruces}} — did you notice that a new restaurant opened near the Mesilla Valley Mall. See details in Spotlight section below.

New Bowling Alley Coming to Las Cruces

The Elite Family Entertainment Center is expected to open in Spring of 2026 at the old Kmart Building near Sam’s Club. So if you have been wondering what is going to become of this site, now you know. In addition to the 24 lanes they will also have 6 lanes just for the kids. How cool is that!

And there’s more. In addition, there will be 12 indoor pickleball courts, laser tag, virtual reality simulators, a Burger Time restaurant, and other family entertainment. We’re thrilled to see Las Cruces finally gaining some fantastic new family activity options! Many thanks to Kevin McGrath and the entire team for making this possible for our community.

Roni's Mac Bar is a fast-growing, build-your-own macaroni and cheese franchise that started just two years ago in Waco, Texas. Since its founding, the brand has gone viral on social media, boasting over two million followers and expanding rapidly to a dozen locations across the country. The restaurant lets customers customize their own bowl of macaroni and cheese by selecting from a variety of toppings, appealing to those who love comfort food with a fun, creative twist. The latest location, at 2750 Mall Dr Suite 260, Las Cruces, NM 88011, has just opened in Las Cruces, owned and operated by local franchisee Jason Ross, aiming to bring the brand's popular and playful dining experience to the Mesilla Valley community.
